No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy
At Lifescan Physio, we value your time and we work hard to maintain the flow of appointments in our clinic. To better serve our patients and ensure that they can see our therapists timely, we will be enforcing our No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy effective 15th February 2024.
We understand that from time to time, unexpected emergencies may crop up. Do feel free to reach out to us if you feel that there were extenuating circumstances and we will consider each case on a case-by-case basis.
Each patient should receive and sign the No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy acknowledgement upon visiting the clinic.
